SUNY Morrisville Product Liability Cases: Johnson & Johnson

Use Google News to Find and research a Products Liability or Product Safety casesometime in the last 30 years.  ie. A product that injured someone or A product recall.

In A power point or Prezi (or other type of presentation tool), you should:

  • Describe the product involved, how its used, who makes it.
  • If someone injured or product is defective:  What happened?
    • What did the product do wrong
    • What injury was sustained
    • Maybe link the news article or news video you found and show it in your presentation
  • Describe the case, what was the lawsuit, results, damages claimed?
  • Works cited page with where you got info.

Upon my return to class on 2/26, I will discuss when you will present and answer any problems you’re having with the assignment.
